Step 1: Opening a Template

Step 3: Customizing Text

  1. Edit Placeholder Text:

    • Click on any placeholder text (e.g., "[Your Name]") and type your own information.
    • Use the toolbar to change the font style, size, and color. Highlight the text you want to change and select the desired options from the toolbar.
  2. Add New Text:

    • Place your cursor where you want to add new text.
    • Start typing, and use the formatting options to style your text.

Step 4: Customizing Images

  1. Replace Images:

    • Click on any image placeholder in the template.
    • Right-click the image and select "Change Picture" or use the "Picture Format" tab.
    • Choose "From File" to upload an image from your computer, or "Online Pictures" to search for images online.
  2. Resize and Move Images:

    • Click on the image to select it.
    • Drag the corners to resize the image while maintaining its aspect ratio.
    • Click and drag the image to move it to a different location within the document.

Step 5: Adjusting Layouts

  1. Move Elements:

    • Click on text boxes, images, or other elements to select them.
    • Drag the selected element to a new position within the document.
  2. Resize Elements:

    • Click and drag the edges or corners of text boxes or shapes to resize them.
  3. Add New Elements:

Step 6: Customizing Colors

  1. Change Theme Colors:
